Both, the manga and anime of Blue Exorcist are extremely popular. This series has managed to gather a huge fan following all over the world. Fans of the Blue Exorcist series are desperately waiting for Ao no Exorcist season 3. If you are one of those fans then, you are in the right place!
Today, I will give you all the information you need regarding the release date of Ao no Exorcist season 3. But before I reveal all the precious information, let us look back at what this show is all about.
Blue Exorcist is an awesome shounen-fantasy show which is packed to the brim with excitement. This anime has a quite simple plot, but this plot is still executed in a very brilliant way.
This brilliance is followed in almost every other aspect of this show. This series is especially known for its fight scenes; the fights are very intense and praiseworthy.
I especially loved the characters in this anime. The characters in this show all have a very unique design and their personalities are so well made, that it feels like they are real people. One more thing that I absolutely loved about the characters in this show is that the characters are not too over-the-top. The teenagers in this anime actually act like teenagers.
In most anime, especially shounen anime, the protagonist is always very annoying! The protagonist overreacts to every little situation and overall seems very dumb. But this anime has a very nice protagonist! The protagonist named Rin is dumb, intelligent, calm and feisty all at the same time. The protagonist is not portrayed as just another generic dumb protagonist. Let us take a look at the plot of this anime.
Blue Exorcist Season 1 Plot:
Blue Exorcist follows the story of Rin Okumura. Rin appears to be just an ordinary teenager, until one day he is ambushed by demons. He finds out that he is actually the son of Satan himself and that, his father wants him to join him so that they can conquer Assiah together. Not wanting to join the king of Gehenna, Rin decides to begin training to become an exorcist so that he can fight to defend Assiah alongside his brother Yukio.
Assiah and Gehenna are to opposite worlds. The only way to travel between the realms is by the means of possession. However, Satan, the ruler of Gehenna, cannot find a suitable host to possess and therefore, remains imprisoned in his world. In a desperate attempt to conquer Assiah, he sends his son instead, intending for him to eventually grow into a vessel capable of possession by the demon king.
